Welcome to Pursuing Sanctification
This is a place for fellow believers in Jesus Christ. If you are here, then you likely share the belief in Jesus as our personal savior who came to earth, fully man and fully God, sacrificed his life by giving it up as a payment for our sins, and completion of that salvation by raising from the dead as he promised. Salvation comes through faith in the finished work of Jesus, not by any of our own works. It is by faith alone, in Christ alone.

Once we have accepted the salvation that Jesus offers, our lifelong journey to sanctification begins. Sanctification is the rest of the journey throughout our lives to become more like Christ. The process of sanctification is personal to each of us. The road to sanctification will likely look differently for us all. This space is dedicated to the journey. We pray that this site will strengthen you on your own journey of pursuing sanctification.
Kari has been a marketing professional for over 20 years. She recently left her position in corporate America to pursue the calling God has on her life. In addition to managing this site, she is actively writing a book, supporting her local church with marketing work, and pursuing sanctification in Christ.

We are a big, beautiful, blended family of 8 (10 if you count the cats). Our family is full of adventure and often the inspiration for blog articles and bible verse studies. This family is such a gift and we are working hard to ensure we are instilling biblical practices into our family.
